Athlone GAA Lip Sync Battle
Congratulations and well done to everyone in the Club for one of the best night’s entertainment we have had in years.  It was an incredible show that will be talked about for a long time to come.  The atmosphere on the night in the aptly named Hoey Room was electric, due to the brilliance of the acts and the support and enthusiasm of the audience.

We would like to thank the following who helped make this event happen:  The Management and Staff of the Sheraton Hotel Athlone, Tom Silke and Pascal Dillon of The Bounty for the use of their facilities, our resident club photographer Padraig Devaney who has documented the journey from first rehearsal to The Show.

Our judges Ray Collins, Kevin Boxer Moran TD, Mary O’Rourke and Adrian Brereton.  A special word of thanks to choreographer Niamh Donohue for all of her hard work and patience in getting the acts to the stage.  And finally thanks to the committee because without their drive and commitment this show would not have happened: Cora O’Rourke, Teresa Small, Joan Mannion, Denise Denby, Dympna Cunniffe, Brigid Lough, Julie Coyle and Eleanor Kilroy.   Well done everyone.
